Early Summer Iced Tea

It’s HOT today.

You will need:

  • 4 English Breakfast tea bags
  • 4 cups water
  • 2 Tablespoons honey
  • 2 lemon slices
  • Fresh mint

Serves 4.

1.  Bring tea bags and 2 cups water to a boil.  Turn of heat and let tea bags steep for 5 minutes.

2.  Remove tea bags and stir in honey. Add remaining 2 cups water.

3.  Fill pint glasses with ice and half of one lemon slice.  Ladle tea into glasses and top with fresh mint.

Ahhh… that’s better.
